The Talent Show / broadcast industry have come out fighting against the social media – friend of a friend – internet industry.

X factor vs Rage against the Machine

While the new upstart has plenty of enthusiasm and is making alot of moves arround the ring … it just dosnt have the experience of the old and slightly punch drunk broadcast industry.

The only guaranteed winner is Sony … who get a profit for sales of both records …. Doh. Nothing changes …

I.e. every thing is great but … at the back of my mind I am always worried that she is having an affair.

Yesterday I read in the FT that google were planning to put all the books in the world onto their web site.

The surprising thing is that this is not big news !
The main body of the story was on page 10 !!!!

I am amazed that such staggering feats of achievement are not bigger news. I am even more amazed that the only group of people who are noticeably objecting to this are the French culture ministry.

Why is it that a commercial organization are the first ones to achieve such a noble endeavor? In the past this would have been a public work.
